SOLIDUS Securities ISF maintains an independent Internal Audit Department, which is responsible for the proper implementation of the management's decisions, the operation of internal control mechanisms and the implementation of the Company's policies. The Internal Audit Department reports to the Company's Board of Directors and prepares written reports to the Company's Management. Audits of the Company's Internal Audit Department are carried out regularly and on an extraordinary basis in accordance with the International Standards for the practice of internal Audit (Internal Standards for the practice of internal Audit).
SOLIDUS Securities ISF maintains an independent Risk Management Department to identify, monitor and manage the different Risks it undertakes in the course of its activities. The Company has established procedures for the evaluation and management of the risks it undertakes. The Risk Management Department recommends to the Company's Board of Directors the imposition of emergency or additional measures were needed.
SOLIDUS Securities Investment Services Firm maintains an independent Regulatory Compliance Department, for the updating and effective application of the Company's Internal Regulation, the control of the procedures established by it, the information and training of its employees and for the compliance of the Company with the current legislative and regulatory framework.
