SOLIDUS SECURITIES SA, recently received knowledge of a "newsletter" circulating among prospective investors, allegedly claiming that our company has entered into a cooperation agreement with J. Sassoon Group LLC, for alleged investments in Greece.
SOLIDUS SECURITIES SA, within the framework of its obligations and without prejudice to its legal rights, explicitly denies the above claims and any kind of cooperation with J. Sassoon Group LLC and draws special attention to investors in regard to this absolutely misleading "information".
